In response to the requirements of a prominent cold chain logistics client, Kenvo Doors dispatched sales engineers to conduct an on-site survey of the client's existing cold storage facility. Their objective was to identify areas for improvement within both the loading/unloading dock zones and the interior of the cold storage units. These improvements focused primarily on enhancing efficiency, airtightness, and thermal insulation in the loading areas, as well as optimizing forklift traffic flow within the facility. The Kenvo Door engineers conducted a thorough, zone-by-zone inspection of the entire facility, subsequently formulating detailed optimization proposals covering the cold storage docks—specifically hydraulic dock levelers, mechanical dock seals, and truck bumper guards—as well as the high-speed PVC roll-up doors used for thermal insulation within the internal cold storage buffer zones. Through these initiatives, Kenvo Doors aims to assist the client in streamlining loading and unloading operations, minimizing thermal loss, reducing energy consumption, and ultimately boosting the inventory turnover rate within their cold storage facility.

In the middle of this month, Kenvo Door successfully completed a cold storage logistics warehouse project in Malaysia. The project involved the installation of various types of industrial doors throughout the facility—specifically in both the exterior loading dock areas and the interior cold storage warehouse zones. For the loading dock areas, where the client specified an internal temperature range of 10–15°C, a notable temperature differential exists relative to the ambient outdoor climate in Malaysia. Consequently, Kenvo supplied the client with insulated polyurethane door panels featuring a 40mm thickness; these panels serve as a thermal barrier designed to minimize heat loss from the cold storage facility.

KENVO DOOR installed a big size manual operation thermal insulated aluminum roller shutter door for Australia client. This manual aluminum rolling up door is 6 meter wide, much bigger than normal manual roller shutter door in most projects. To avoid any operation problem, we installed one sample aluminum rolling shutter door inside KENVO DOOR factory, to test it. The result is, the door can be easily moved up and down by hand with double side torsion spring systems as a balance to lift up the door. And such big side manual roller shutter door need be equipped with two ground floor locks at each side to lock the door slats onto ground floor, because its big width.

KENVO DOOR recently installed several PVC high speed doors for a USA client, who is from car parts industry. KENVO DOOR takes new project in Wuxi city, China. The client is from a big company producing semi conductor product, who is building a new factory and warehouse. In the warehouse, client are using intelligent vertical racking system, with AGVs, RGVs, and lifting machine. We installed PVC fabric rapid roller doors on lifting machines, to offer a protection guard when loading and unloading goods from it. In this project, client choose bigger size PVC rapid roll up doors, which is Wide 3500mm and High 4000mm, for main entrance gates. And as for interior use, the door is mainly for workers or small pallet forklift, so its opening sizes can be small.
